The Andy Warhol Museum on Pittsburgh’s North Shore was evacuated Sunday afternoon after police received calls reporting a bomb threat.
Pittsburgh police reported to the museum on Sandusky Street just before 2 p.m. They said that the threat was made by email, and came from a third party in Harrisburg.
After the museum was evacuated, explosives K9s were called in to search the building.
No explosives were found and the museum was deemed safe. The Pittsburgh Police Intelligence Unit is working with the FBI to investigate.
