Allegheny County Police continue to investigate a shooting Sunday that injured a woman in Stowe.
Authorities said 911 dispatchers were notified of a shooting at 8:50 p.m. along the 800 block of 13th Street.
When first responders arrived they located a woman with a gunshot wound to her arm, police said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive, according to county police.
A man was taken into custody at the scene.
