Theft cases among those recently handled in Judge Zucco’s Plum court

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Wilbert Philips, 65, of Pittsburgh on charges of retail theft. Charges were filed June 15.

• Roxane Bright, 59, of White Oak on charges of neglect of care of a dependent person and recklessly endangering another person. Allegheny County police filed the charges Aug. 4.
