Christmas show at Oaks Theater
“Sounds of Christmas” featuring the Latshaw Pops Orchestra is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 25 at the Oaks Theater, 310 Allegheny River Blvd., Oakmont.
At more than 30 years, the Latshaw Pops Orchestra stages the longest-running Christmas show in the area. The variety show features a 22-piece orchestra conducted by Maestro Bruce Lauffer, talented singers, dancers and a master of ceremonies.

KOC spaghetti dinner
Knights of Columbus Council 4242 will present a spaghetti dinner from noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 19 at Our Lady Of Joy Church social hall, 2000 O’Block Road, Plum.
Each dinner includes a generous portion of spaghetti, two meatballs, bread and butter, and a salad. The event will feature the Pittsburgh pro football game on a big-screen television, along with a bake sale. Cost per meal is $10.
Friday night bingo
The Rosedale Civic Association presents bingo from 7 to 9 p.m. every Friday in November at the Oakmont Elks, 106 Washington Ave.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The event features 10 regular games, four specials and a jackpot, along with food, a 50/50 raffle and auction baskets. Cost is $10 per card for 15 games.
