DUI cases among those recently handled in Judge Zucco’s Plum court

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently in her courtroom. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police: Waived preliminary hearings • Carmen Namie, 33, of Rostraver on charges of driving under the influence and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges July 9.
