Drugs, burglary, harassment among cases handled in Judge Zucco’s Plum court in March 2021

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Khalil Bey, 35, of Pasedena, Md., on charges of possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving in right lane, exceeding maximum speed limits and careless driving. State police filed the charges Oct. 30.

• Sherri McCaulley, 58, of Greensburg on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, exceeding maximum speed limits and careless driving. State police filed the charges Oct. 7.

• Michael D’Incau Jr., 36, of Monroeville on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Feb. 24.

• Matthew Henchell, 27, of Plum on charges of terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed March 19.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Ronald Wilson, 43, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, possession of controlled substances, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Oakmont police filed the charges June 14.

• Mark Harris, 31, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and three counts of conspiracy to receive stolen property. Allegheny County police filed the charges Sept. 18.

• Carlitos Napper, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, driving in right lane, prohibitions in specified places, exceeding maximum speed limits and careless driving. State police filed the charges Oct. 30.

• Jacob Ferguson, 32, of Verona on charges of possession of controlled substances, driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges were filed Nov. 11.

• Chad Madjerich, 35, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence and driving at unsafe speed. Charges were filed May 1.

• John Mizak, 51, of Cheswick on charges of careless driving, driving under the influence and accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property. Oakmont police filed the charges Jan. 7.

• Rhiannon McCune, 21, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 12.
