Pittsburgh police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing senior citizen.

According to police, Maxine Gillis, 79, suffers from dementia. She was dropped off at a family member’s home by taxi around 1 a.m. Friday but did not show up in the 2100 block of Park Hill Drive, in the city’s East Hills neighborhood, as planned.

Gillis is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing brown pants and a brown pullover.

Anyone with information about Gillis’ whereabouts is asked to call 911.
