Pittsburgh police said they are investigating a carjacking that occurred Thursday night in the city’s East Liberty neighborhood.

The victim, who was not injured, told police that two armed men demanded his vehicle around 7:15 p.m. in the 6200 block of Penn Avenue.

The suspects collided with another vehicle while exiting the parking lot, and both suspects ran away, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
