Students from Miller African-Centered Academy, drum and dance a West African routine to officially kick off the opening of the Three Rivers Arts Festival in Pittsburgh, on Friday, June 7, 2019. The students in third, fourth, and fifth grade, drummed and danced for nearly 15 minutes as a crowd gathered for the opening ceremony.
The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival kicked off Friday in Pittsburgh.
The annual arts extravaganza includes 10 days of free live music, theater, dance and gallery exhibitions and an artist market featuring more than 300 artists from around the country.
