Police probe death of 3-year-old girl in Oakmont

Allegheny County Police homicide detectives are investigating the death of a 3-year-old girl in Oakmont.

Police said they were notified at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday that the girl, who was not identified, was found unresponsive in 500 block of 10th Street. Emergency responders started life-saving measures, and the girl was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the county police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS (833-255-8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
