Allegheny County Police are investigating the Saturday shooting of an unidentified man, 27, and a boy, 17, both in the leg, Saturday in McKees Rocks.

The Allegheny Housing Authority Police requested county police to conduct the investigation at the incident at the Hays Manor Apartment Complex along Locust Street.

Both were taken to local hospitals and treated for what police describe as non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

County detectives are still investigating.

Authorities said in a press release Sunday there were no suspects and the motive was unclear.

Anyone with information on the shootings can call the Allegheny County Police tip line anonymously at 1-833-ALL-TIPS (1-833-255-8477). The department can also be reached via its social media sites.
