A man was stabbed overnight Saturday near a club on Pittsburgh’s North Side, according to police.
Investigators said a man walked in to UPMC East in Monroeville with a stab wound to his torso. His injuries were not life-threatening, said Public Safety spokesman Chris Togneri, and he was transferred to a Pittsburgh hospital.
Togneri said Pittsburgh police were alerted to the incident around 3:40 a.m.
The man told police he’d been stabbed during an argument with another man on Pennsylvania Avenue near Beaver Avenue in the Chateau neighborhood, Togneri said. The altercation allegedly happened outside the Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club.
At least one shot was also fired during the incident, police said. A parked car was hit by gunfire. No arrests have been made.
