The self-described fun, bold and adventurous Becca Droz, a Pittsburgh native, will hit the ground running to Laos during Wednesday’s episode of CBS’ “Amazing Race” all-star season at 9 p.m.

She is competing for a $1 million prize on a 25,000-plus mile journey around the world.

Droz, a 2008 graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School, is an entrepreneur and hiking instructor in Boulder, Colo.

This is her second run with the show, as she appears with her teammate from 2017, Floyd Pierce.

Although the duo did not take the prize in 2017, their adventures apparently were memorable enough to be asked to compete on the show again.

Her parents, Cathy and Dan Droz, live in Pittsburgh.
