Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the people responsible for the May 8 stabbing of a Pittsburgh man in McKeesport.
Irvin Green, 48, was found in the street in front of 1231 Evans Ave. with a stab wound to his chest, police said.
Earlier in the day, Green was seen with a black man at a local market and also fought with a black man who was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt in front of 1231 Evans Ave.
A witness told police it appeared this man stabbed Green. He was seen running south on Evans Avenue and turned left onto Oak Street.
He is described as being in his 20s, about 5’9” tall and weighing about 140 pounds.
