The Olympics are coming to Pittsburgh.
The 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, that is.
The true crime series “Manhunt: Lone Wolf” is looking for paid extras to play Olympic guests, vendors, emergency responders, security guards and other characters for season two of the series.
The second season will focus on the search for the Centennial Olympic Park bomber and the media firestorm that consumed the life of Richard Jewell in its wake.
Filming will take place between June and October.
No acting experience is necessary. The show has been filming all around Allegheny County and in Westmoreland County.
Jewell was a security guard and police officer who found the bomb before it detonated and got most of the spectators out of the park.
Initially praised for his quick action, he was later accused of being a suspect. He was eventually exonerated when Eric Rudolph was found to have been the bomber.
Extras may be asked to work multiple days and nights. Some scenes will be filmed overnight. Some extras may be asked to work multiple nights.
