Mac Miller pop-ups coming to Pittsburgh for 'Circles' release
Pop-up exhibitions will be held at two Pittsburgh sites with the release of “Circles,” Mac Miller’s sixth and final studio album, next week.
The exhibitions, launched in partnership with Amazon Music, will feature immersive, intimate, front-to-back listenings of the late Pittsburgh rapper’s new album in Ultra HD audio, as well as a multimedia fan art exhibition and exclusive new “Circles” merchandise offerings, according to a Warner Records release.
The locations are at a gallery at 424 Suismon St. and a listening room at 900 Middle St., both in the North Side.
Listening sessions, also being held in New York and Los Angeles, will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is free and all net proceeds from pop-up merchandise sales will go to The Mac Miller Fund.
All locations will be open to the public from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Jan. 17 and 18.
“Circles” is set for release Jan. 17 via Warner Records.
