Kenny Chesney will be chillin’ once again in Pittsburgh.
The eight-time Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year will bring his “Chillaxification 2020 Tour” to Heinz Field May 30. It will be his 11th performance in the Steel City.
The stop also features Florida Georgia Line, Old Dominion and Michael Franti & Spearhead.
The tour kicks off April 18 in Arlington, Texas. Tickets go on sale Oct 4.
“These stadium shows are the most fun thing I do,” Chesney said in a statement. “It’s been a year, so when I get out there, I wanna make sure that ‘No Shoes Nation’ is being rocked, having fun and getting all the music they can out of the day. We always try to do something different, bring someone new — and for anyone who’s never seen Michael Franti & Spearhead, just wait!”
Chesney said he wants to top the previous shows and that “this lineup might just pack the most fun of them all.” Chesney has played 159 stadium shows.
On Monday, Heinz Field hinted at the announcement by sending out a tweet with guitars, microphones and musical notes.

Over the past 10 years sales have surpassed 500,000 tickets, officials said. Chesney set a record for shows at Heinz Field in June 2018 with his “Trip Around the Sun Tour.” Each time in Pittsburgh, he has drawn a capacity crowd.
Things went pretty smooth the last time he was in town, with police arresting five people and citing 15 for public intoxication or disorderly conduct. There also were 19 citations for underage drinking.
Fans can also purchase packages via Tailgate Guys, a company that takes care of tailgating needs from start to finish.
