Traffic headed down Greentree hill on the Parkway West is at a standstill Wednesday afternoon after a crash closed the inbound lanes of the Fort Pitt Tunnell.

Inbound lanes of the Fort Pitt Tunnel reopened at about 4:30 p.m. after they were closed for about 90 minutes after a truck crash, according to PennDOT spokesman Steve Cowan.

Motorists using I-376 east should expect residual delays because of the crash, Cowan said.
