People.com reports former Penn Hills reality star Abby Lee Miller has confirmed she is returning to Lifetime’s “Dance Moms.”
The filming for Season 8 begins at the end of January.
Via her Instagram account, Miller writes “Yes, it’s official!” adding hashtags #DanceMoms, #Aldcalways #abbyleemiller, #Season8, #ALDC, #Thebestisyettocome and #aldcla.
According to deadline.com, the news comes after the reality star had a turbulent year. She was released from the Federal Correctional Complex in March after serving time for bankruptcy fraud. She also was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma after receiving emergency back surgery in April.
Miller has been receiving treatment and had to relearn to walk after spinal surgery in June.
Inquisitor.com reports a post on a site named Dance Moms Casting teases Miller is going back to her roots, which could be interpreted to mean filming in Pittsburgh perhaps?
