Community group Protect PT will host a May 26 meeting at 6:30 p.m. to host a discussion about gas well development in the Level Green area.

It will take place at the group’s new Community Environmental Education Center, 3344 Route 130, Suite B in Penn Township, and will include Protect PT’s attorney, Tim Fitchett of Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services.

The discussion will center on unconventional gas well drilling at Apex Energy’s Drakulic, Deutsch, Backus and Numis well pads. State-mandated compliance documents related to Apex developments can be found at ProtectPT.info/compliance.
