DUI, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court – Sep. 29, 2020

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Leah Drolz, 30, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence. Verona police filed the charges Jan. 1.

• Crystal Zawinski, 37, of Mt. Pleasant on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed April 9.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Walter Rogowski, 49, of Verona on two counts of possession of controlled substances. Allegheny County police filed the charges Jan. 10.

• Desirae Lane, 25, of Pittsburgh on charges of conspiracy. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges Feb. 3.

• William Quivers III, 21, of Penn Hills on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, driving without a license, reckless driving and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed April 5.

• Biaggio Petrini, 38, of Trafford on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving. Charges were filed March 18.

• Cory Glasgow, 28, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving at unsafe speed. Charges were filed June 2.

• Danielle Brown, 42, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed June 9.

• Gregory Watson Sr., 37, of Pittsburgh on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, driving under the influence, possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana, driving without a license, failure to obey traffic-control devices, failure to stop at red signal, failure to keep right, driving at unsafe speed, reckless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Sept. 22.
