Drug and firearm cases among those handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court the week of Feb. 8, 2021

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Langston Valentine, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of leaving an unattended child in a motor vehicle and endangering the welfare of children. Wilkins police filed the charges March 12.

• Jeremiah Ligon, 24, of Penn Hills on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, loitering and prowling at night, and pubic drunkenness. Charges were filed Sept. 8.

• Malike Ebo, 18, of Penn Hills on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license. Charges were filed Oct. 14.

• Trevon Boddy, 21, of Penn Hills on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of marijuana. Charges were filed Oct. 17.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Larry Dandridge, 26, of Penn Hills on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of marijuana. Charges were filed Jan. 16, 2019

• Jalene Goods, 27, of Penn Hills on charges of insurance fraud and criminal attempt - theft by deception. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges Sept. 28.
