Cases handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court for the week of April 19, 2021

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police.

Held for court

• Anton Patton, 20, of Penn Hills on charges of theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed May 8.

• Tyjior Brown, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of driving without a license, driving under the influence, careless driving and reckless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 11.

• Donald Wilds, Jr., 30, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, disregard traffic lane and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed March 29.

Waived preliminary hearing

• Edgewood Cipko, 58, of Verona on charges of corruption of minors and statutory sexual assault. Charges were filed Feb. 16.
