Charges recently filed with North Huntingdon District Judge Wayne Gongaware. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.
• Christian Lowe, 29, of Pittsburgh, by North Huntingdon police with two counts each of illegal possession of firearms and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance.
• Daniel A. Odu, 33, of Pittsburgh, by North Huntingdon police with attempted rape, aggravated indecent assault, indecent aggravated assault without consent and indecent assault.
• Erik J. Frund, 31, of Scottdale, by North Huntingdon police with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Kara R. Smith, 27, of Scottdale, by North Huntingdon police with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
