North Allegheny fashion club hosting show to benefit special needs beauty pageant

The fashion club at North Allegheny Senior High School is hosting a show titled “Fashion Throughout the Decades” at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The April 6 event sponsored by the school’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America club will feature

designs inspired by ensembles worn in previous decade.

The designs were created by fashion club members as well as students in the Fashion Design course offered at the senior high school and the Sewing and Design course at at North Allegheny Intermediate High School.

Guests at the 10th annual fashion show also will enjoy musical and dance performances during the after-party reception.

Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at the door.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Miss 22 Quties Special Needs Beauty Pageant and its scholarship program.
