A North Hills-based charity is playing host to a fundraiser at a popular local winery.

Corks for the Community will feature wine tasting, art, live music and other activities Aug. 13 at Narcisi Winery in Gibsonia.

Proceeds from the event will benefit North Hills Community Outreach.

Tickets cost $65 per person in advance and $70 at the door and include:

• A variety of savory hors d’oeuvres, desserts and two drinks of your choice.

• Live music by the acoustic rock, blues and pop ensemble “The Power of Two.”

• A live painting performance by neo-expressionist painter Brendan Donovan. The painting will be available at the silent auction.

• A “wine pull” for $25 per cork. Each bottle comes with a wine tumbler, and some include a special gift.

• A silent auction for items including passes to The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, a private truffle-making class with A519 Chocolate, gift certificates to The Carnegie Science Center and more.

Cocktail attire is requested.

The winery is located at 4578 Gibsonia Road.
