Car enthusiasts in the North Hills got the chance to check out a wide variety of classic, vintage and collectible vehicles at the first car cruise held to benefit Ross Township’s Fairview Volunteer Fire Department.

The July 20 event at the Ross Township Municipal Center also included music, food, a Chinese auction and raffles.

A number of public safety and military vehicles also were showcased at the free event.

Money was raised from the $10 fee charged for vehicles to enter into one of 11 judged categories in which trophies were awarded.
