A virtual program called “Victorian Holiday Traditions” is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 16 through the Shaler North Hills Library.

Take a step back in time and explore how the holidays were celebrated in Victorian Pittsburgh. There will be photos from Clayton, home of the Henry Clay Frick family, both from when the family lived there and as decorated by modern-day curators for holiday tours.

Local historian and The Frick Pittsburgh docent Sue Morris will share the origins of many Victorian traditions.

This is a free Zoom presentation.

Register at the library website, shalerlibrary.org.
