• Kristopher Wiegand, 45, of Penn Hills, with indirect criminal contempt of a protection from abuse order following a Jan. 24 incident.
• Sean R. Kushner, 33, of North Huntingdon, with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug possession, drug paraphernalia and scattering rubbish following a Jan. 27 traffic stop on William Penn Highway near Berlin Farm Road.
• Gail L. Engleka, 70, of Murrysville, with driving under the influence (general impairment, highest rate of alcohol) and related traffic counts following an Oct. 28 crash on Greensburg Street.
• Brian C. Wilkinson, 47, of Greensburg, with possessing a firearm with the manufacturer’s number altered, following a Jan. 16 incident at a West Pittsburgh Street residence.
