A Monroeville man and woman were charged with taking more than $400 in alcohol from a Murrysville Fine Wine & Good Spirits store around Thanksgiving.

Kevin Livsey, 55, and Tiffany Springer-Livsey, 47, are accused by police of thefts on Nov. 25, 27 and 29 from the store in the Blue Spruce Shopping Center on Route 22.

A witness and employee from the store identified Springer-Livsey’s vehicle and Livsey from a photo lineup, and the store’s manager provided Murrysville police with security footage of the thefts, according to court papers.

“All three incidents show the same male and female actor,” Det. Daniel Cox wrote in a criminal complaint.

Police said the pair took five bottles of Hennessy Black cognac, two bottles of Moet & Chandon Rosé Impérial champagne and other liquors, totaling just more than $419.

They face a Jan. 14 preliminary hearing on felony retail theft charges in District Judge Charles R. Conway’s Export court.
