The Delmont Recreation Board will screen the children’s film “Hook” and present an evening of live music at the board’s upcoming “Movies in the Park” this weekend.

The free concert, featuring the Phisbins, will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Newhouse Park, just off Stotler Drive in Delmont.

Food will be available to purchase from Speal’s on Wheels and Operation Hot Dog, and Yellow Bridge Brewing will also be on hand.

The movie will begin at dusk. Attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket. The board’s concession stand will be open for drinks, popcorn and candy.

A rain date has not been scheduled. For the latest information, see the board’s Facebook page.
