Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases June 7. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

l Victoria Robertson, 27, of Clearwater, Fla., on charges of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed April 2.

Waived preliminary hearings

l Julius Carrington, 44, of Pitcairn on charges of public drunkenness, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Pitcairn police filed the charges May 9.

l Eric Harvey, 47, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, misapplying entrusted property and two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office filed the charges May 24.
