The following charges were filed Feb. 4 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. All charges were filed by Monroeville police:
• Andreina Alejandra West, 30, of Monroeville with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children. Charges were filed Feb. 4 in connection with an incident along the 1300 block of Hazenwood Drive.
• Nathaniel Wilson, 33, of Belle Vernon with possession of heroin and driving under a revoked or suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 4 in connection with an incident along William Penn Highway at T. Plaza Drive.
• Ronald Empfield, 56, of Blairsville with possession of heroin. Charges were filed Feb. 4 in connection with an incident along William Penn Highway at T. Plaza Drive.
• Aaron W. Lawther, 45, of Pittsburgh with driving on divided highways, careless driving, driving under a revoked or suspended license and a DUI. Charges were filed Feb. 4 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.
• Amanda Lynn Delsignore, 29, of North Versailles with possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 4 in connection with an incident at the Monroeville Police Station.
