Monroeville police filed the following charges Jan. 7 and 13 with District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:
• Julius Carrington, 44, of Pitcairn with defiant trespassing. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police on Jan. 7 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard.
• Steven Staymates, 37, of Trafford with being a habitual offender, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and two DUIs. Charges were filed Jan. 13 in connection with an incident in the Monroeville shopping plaza known as Haymaker Village.
• Dean Charletta, 60, of Pittsburgh with careless driving, driving in two lanes at the same time and a DUI. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along Route 22 near the Turnpike onramp.
• Joy A. McIntire, 50, of Saltsburg with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Old William Penn Highway.
• Letita Marie Coble, 31, of Cambria with five charges of possession of drugs and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.The charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Elliot Road.
• Mia McGill, 19, of Oakmont with following too closely, driving in two lanes of traffic at the same time, possession of a THC cartridge, speeding and failing to use proper turning signals. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.
• Anthony William Payne, 18, of Pittsburgh with possession of a THC cartridge and a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.
• Stanford Xavier Lyons, 19, of New Kensington with possession of a THC cartridge and a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.
• Ranea Jones, 37, of Blairsville with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.
• Jaclyn Briana Quarles-Jones, 22, of Trafford with theft by deception. The charge was filed Jan. 13 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.
