Elijah Onuorah of Monroeville, a member of Boy Scout Troop 115, earned his Eagle rank during a Boy Scout Eagle board of review in February.

Onuorah led a team of youth and adult volunteers in making improvements to a trail, steps and a bridge at Blackridge Park in Wilkins.

Eagle is the highest scout ranking, achieved by about 2% of all Boy Scouts. Onuorah is a senior at Gateway High School.
