Police log: DUI, drug charges among those filed in Monroeville court July 9-13, 2021

The following charges were filed July 9-13 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroe­ville police unless otherwise noted:

• Brandon Coll, 22, of McKeesport with terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed July 13 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Old William Penn Highway.

• Tyrone Williams, 26, no address given with terroristic threats, a pedestrian crossing on other than crosswalks, a pedestrian walking along highway, institutional vandalism, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law of other government function and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident along Westinghouse Drive.

• Kayla Noon, 35, of Indiana, Pa. with possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident at Tilbrook Road and Madjerich Lane.

• Darryl Washinton, 20, of Pittsburgh with possession of marijuana. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.

• Amy Putzlocker, 31, of Pitcairn with driving under the influence. Pitcairn police filed the charges July 9 in connection with an incident along the 600 block of Sixth Street.

• Terrance Glenn, 32, of McKeesport with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Pitcairn police filed the charges in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Arun Singh, 36, of Monroeville with driving under the influence. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident along the 600 block of Illini Drive.

• Sonya Adams, 52, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of William Penn Highway.

• Diamond Buchanan, 23, of Monroeville with possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 9 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Emily Moeller, 23, of McKeesport with possession of drug paraphernalia. Pitcairn police filed the charges July 9 in connection with an incident along the 600 block of Sixth Street.
