The following charges were filed April 3-9 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police, unless otherwise noted:
• Victoria Lynn Robertson, 27, of Clearwater, Fla. with receiving stolen property. The charge was filed April 3 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Monroeville Boulevard and Oxford Drive.
• Nicholas R. Schwartzmiller, 31, of Munhall with recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving a motorcycle without a license, failing to stop at a red light, failing to stop at a stop sign, failure to wear protective head gear for a motorcycle, failure to wear eye-protective gear and reckless driving. Charges were filed April 6 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Mosside Boulevard and William Penn Highway.
• Chris D. Frierson, 48, of Pitcairn with disorderly conduct, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police on April 7 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard.
• Jacquelyn Mehalic, 32, of Coral with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and for having an obscured license plate. Charges were filed April 8 in connection with an incident along the 5000 block of William Penn Highway.
• Dannion Eiselman, 24, of Export with possession of heroin. The charge was filed April 9 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Plaza Drive.
• Matthew Wood, 32, of Export with possession of heroin. The charge was filed April 9 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Plaza Drive.
• Dawn Lee Slezak, 49, of Murrysville with operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, driving without a license and causing an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle. Charges were filed April 9 in connection with an incident along the 2600 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
• David Eugene King-Wright, 30, of Monroeville with carrying a firearm without a license, driving without a license and a DUI. Charges were filed April 9 in connection with an incident along the 1200 block of Stonecliffe Drive.
• Timothy Edward Flaherty, 38, of Pittsburgh with careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed April 9 in connection with an incident along the 2500 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
• Derrick Terrell Hemby, 33, of Monroeville with disorderly conduct, failing to drive within a single lane and two DUIs. Charges were filed April 9 in connection with an incident along the 2600 block of Mosside Boulevard.
