• Hildred Berkley, 28, of Monroeville on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, careless driving and driving with an unsecured load. Charges were filed Dec. 21.
• Sheena Collie, 28, of Pittsburgh on charges of issuing statement under penalty. Charges were filed April 21.
• Tyrone Williams, 26, no address given on charges of resisting arrest and defiant trespass. Charges were filed June 1.
• Derrick Blackwell, 52, of Turtle Creek on charges of retail theft. Charges were filed June 29.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Letitia Coble, 32, of North Cambria on four counts of possession of controlled substances. State police filed the charges Dec. 29.
• Cherie White, 28, of Youngwood on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Jan. 13.
• David Fields, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of instruments of a crime, lending/giving firearms prohibited, possession with intent to deliver, providing materially false written statement and three counts of conspiracy. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges Feb. 8.
• Paul Harrison, 40, of New Castle on charges of driving under the influence and violating the rules/regulation of motor vehicle code. Charges were filed March 5.
• David Perez, 54, of East McKeesport on charges of driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane. Charges were filed Jan. 26.
• Kyle Rider, 30, of Homer City on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed March 24.
• Dianne Guile, 48, of Homer City on charges of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed March 24.
• Kevin Fowler, 27, of Pitcairn on charges of possession of controlled substances and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed March 25.
• Darryl Isaacs, 46, of Punxsutawney on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity. Charges were filed April 10.
