District court: DUI, firearms cases among those handled by Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey Herbst Aug. 16 and Aug. 23, 2021

Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases Aug. 16 and Aug. 23. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Tyrone Williams, 26, of McKees Rocks on charges of terroristic threats, institutional vandalism, obstructing administration of the law, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, pedestrian failure to yield, mandated use of available sidewalk and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed July 9.

• Corey Albritton-Fair, 24, of Capitol City, Md., on charges of access device used to obtain property/services, identity theft, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of instruments of a crime, violations concerning licenses and two counts of theft by deception. Charges were filed Aug. 6.

• Deandre Albritton, 29, of Washington, D.C., on charges of identity theft, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of instruments of a crime, violations concerning licenses, access device used to obtain property/services and two counts of theft by deception. Charges were filed Aug. 6.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Raheem Harvey, 28, of Jeannette on charges of flight to avoid apprehension. Pitcairn police filed the charges June 14.

• Robert Ondike, 43, no address given, on charges of possession of firearm prohibited, possession of firearm with altered manufacturer number and possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed July 28.

• Tayla Smith, 30, of Monroeville on charges of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to stop and give information or render aid. Pitcairn police filed the charges May 29.
