Assault, drug charges among those recently handled by Judge Herbst in Monroeville

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:

Held for court

• Rufus Gray, 30, of Pittsburgh on charges of aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Highmark Health police Oct. 21.

• Hailey Paige Rose, 24, on charges of drug possession, use of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Nov. 14. Police did not include a home address for Rose.

Waived for court

• Alicia Rae Baum, 33, of Whitaker on drug possession. The charge was filed Sept. 4.

• Ryan Davin, 34, of South Park on charges of receiving stolen property and two counts of access device fraud. Charges were filed April 11.
