A 70-year-old man diagnosed with dementia was found safe after police said he was missing from the Larimer/Homewood West area after walking away from his care facility.

Cecil Tinsley was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the area of Frankstown Avenue.

He is 6-foot-1 and was last seen wearing sunglasses, a black hat, a black jacket, blue jeans and boots.

Pittsburgh police Sunday evening said Tinsley had been safely located.
