Pittsburgh police arrested a man Friday night after a domestic dispute and SWAT response in the city’s Larimer neighborhood.

Officers responded at about 9 p.m. to the dispute, reported at a home in the 600 block of Lenora Street.

A SWAT team was called when the man refused to come out of the two-story home and climbed onto the roof, police said.

Neighboring homes were evacuated before SWAT officers gained access to the roof and took the man into custody at about 10:30 p.m. without further incident.

Police didn’t identify the suspect, who was arrested on an outstanding warrant stemming from an unrelated domestic incident.

Firefighters and emergency medical personnel also responded.
