Registration is now open for Fox Chapel Area Adult Education’s winter semester.

Learn to throw a pot, play Mah Jongg or speak Italian. Classes will be offered in art, languages, cards and games, cooking, fitness, home and garden, plus there will be plenty of swimming sessions to work off those extra holiday pounds.

Fees vary by class.

A one-night CPR class on Nov. 30 from 6-8 p.m. will teach CPR techniques for use on infants, children and adults.

Chef Jon Holzer will teach a one-night healthy winter dinner cooking class on Jan. 22 from 6-7 p.m.

A full list of courses is available fcaae.org, which includes instructions as to how to register and pay.

Those who would also like to teach a course can contact the organization through the website.

FCAAE is a non-profit outreach program of the Fox Chapel Area School District that has provided adult enrichment classes to the community since 1962.
