A 41-year-old man was found unresponsive and bleeding from his head Monday night in the lobby of the Even Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh, city police said.

The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after he was found around 7 p.m.

Police said a suspect, Heiko-Lamar Calhoun, 26, of Wilkinsburg was arrested in the 400 block of Smithfield Street.

Calhoun is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery and recklessly endangering another person.
