More than 40 artists, makers, bakers and creatives are scheduled to be set up throughout Millvale’s business district for two Millvale Market Days this year.

The events, hosted by the Millvale Community Development Corp., are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 26 and July 26, rain or shine.

“How can we make shopping at Millvale’s local businesses even better?” said Dee Schlotter, with Millvale Community Development’s Small Business Committee. “By adding dozens of talented local artists all around Millvale, we’re giving you even more opportunities to shop local and support our community.”

Attendees will be able to shop at businesses in and around the borough as well as at tables along sidewalks and in GAP Park.

The Market Days are produced by the Business Association of Millvale, part of the Millvale Community Development Corp. They aim to provide a fun shopping experience for customers to take in local art and become acquainted with Millvale businesses.
