Travel tip: Win a dream trip via ‘Vacation Do Over’ contest

Travelers who have had a trip go wrong can enter the American Society of Travel Advisors’ Vacation Do Over Contest.

The American Society of Travel Advisors is looking for someone who planned the trip of their dreams, only to have it turn into a vacation nightmare.

The society will soothe the pain of plans gone wrong with a $10,000 dream getaway through its Vacation Do Over Contest. Best of all, “every aspect of your vacation will be planned by one of ASTA’s expert travel advisors.”

Prospective contestants need to fill out a submission form at travelsense.org by July 19, and submit a brief video. They also must follow travelsense.org on Facebook or Instagram and share a “Vacation Do Over” post on their own social media pages.

The winner will be announced Aug. 1.
