Unleash your inner lumberjack Sept. 12-15 at the Chainsaw Carvers’ Round-Up.

The Cook Forest Sawmill Center for the Arts will be buzzing (literally) with the sound of 16 carvers transforming logs into surprisingly detailed works of art.

Live carving will be featured each day, along with auctions of the newly carved pieces on Sept. 14-15. Stock car driver Charlie Powell will pose for photos and sign autographs on Sept. 14.

The festival also includes a craft market and a kettle corn vendor.

The center is located in Cook Forest State Park in Clarion County.

Don’t forget your ear plugs!
