The Gobblerito is coming back to Mad Mex
The legendary Gobblerito is making a one-day appearance at Mad Mex this spring.
Conceived as a Thanksgiving meal wrapped in a burrito, the popular turkey dish is going to be available out of season on April 23 at Big Burrito Group’s Mad Mex restaurants.
Dubbed Gobblerito Day, the event was spotted on the Shadyside location’s Facebook page.
The Gobblerito is composed of house-roasted turkey, creamy black bean mashed potatoes, bread stuffing and buttery corn, all wrapped in a flour tortilla and covered with gravy. A cup of cranberry sauce completes the autumnal tradition.
Apple Cider Margaritas with a caramel rim will join the poultry special for the limited engagement.
