So many people were ordering Skinnyburgers at Fatburger that a name change was needed.
FAT Brands Inc. announced Wednesday that it is renaming its Fatburger restaurants after its best-selling menu item.
The 70-year-old burger chain had already put a healthy spin on their moniker by saying FAT stood for “Fresh, Authentic, Tasty.” They are now boosting their healthful branding by swapping fat for skinny.
