Travis Scott to bring Circus Maximus Tour to Pittsburgh
Rapper Travis Scott announced his latest tour is making a stop in Pittsburgh.
The singer’s Circus Maximus Tour, promoting his top-selling “Utopia” album, will arrive Dec. 8 at PPG Paints Arena in Uptown.
With four No. 1 tracks among his dozens of charting songs, Scott has been nominated for eight Grammys. He won multiple honors, including a Billboard Music Award, a Latin Grammy, an MTV Video Music Award and several BET Hip Hop Awards.
Spotify named “Utopia” the most streamed album in its first week in 2023, and Apple Music confirmed the biggest first day streams of an album in 2023.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday at travisscott.com. The Cactus Jack Foundation, which benefits Houston youth, will get $2 from every ticket sold.
The tour kicks off Oct. 11 in Charlotte, N.C.
On Nov. 5, 2021, 10 people — ages 9 to 27 — were crushed to death at Scott’s Astroworld festival in Houston.
